Question: How often should I get my carpet professionally steam cleaned?

Answer: It is generally recommended that you get your carpet cleaned every 12 months, more often in heavy traffic areas, and for people who suffer allergies, and less often in areas that receive little or no use.

Question: How long does it take the carpet to dry?

Answer: Carpets will normally be dry in 4 - 6 hours after cleaning depending on a number of factors, including humidity, ventilation and temperature. We will always have your carpet dry within 24hrs and will not clean carpets unless drying conditions allow this - ie under normal circumstances we will not clean your carpet when it is raining. The drying process can require the use of blowers to increase ventilation in some situations.

Question: Are the cleaning chemicals toxic?

Answer: Our cleaning solutions are citrus based and hence non-toxic, further the steam cleaning process will leave your carpet ph neutral. Some carpet types will require a fibre rinse which is performed after cleaning.
